Amorphous Dry-Type Transformer
For the dry-type transformer, heat-resistant insulating paper is used when winding on the silicon steel sheet core, and the surface is coated with the insulating varnish (common insulation type is H type). On the other hand, the Amorphous dry-type transformer achieves high-efficiency by the Amorphous alloy core.
We offer a wide lineup from 5kVA to 1,000kVA, and from low-voltage (600V or less) to high-voltage (22kV). Since it is more compact and lighter than an oil-immersed transformer, it requires less footprint and it is easier to handle.
The Amorphous dry-type transformer is mainly used as isolation transformer for the PV inverter and UPS. Even with a small capacity, if the number of transformers increases, the no-load loss will also increase. The class H amorphous transformer that can reduce waste heat in a limited space are used for various purposes.
In addition, we also use the Amorphous alloy core for Scott transformers and starting transformers.
